1. exchanges and returns
1.1. The return shipping costs are borne by Mestre Jardineiro, as long as the request is made within 72 hours of the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after this deadline. Therefore, all products purchased from www.mestrejardineiro.com can be returned, provided that:
1.1.1 The product presents the same appearance, health and phytosanitary conditions as the day it was sent; the product does not show any evidence of cuts, damage or mistreatment to the plants and is returned in the same box as the one used to send it. Mestre Jardineiro reserves the right to refuse to accept the return.
1.1.2 In the event of damage caused by poor packaging of the product by the customer, Mestre Jardineiro reserves the right to refuse to accept the return.
1.1.3 If the customer wishes to make a return, they must contact Master Gardener Customer Service by sending an email to geral@mestrejardineiro.com stating that they wish to return items from their order (messages sent via social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp will not be considered). In replying to this email, Mestre Jardineiro will send you a document to fill in, in which you must provide the following information:
Online Order No.;
References of Items to be returned;
Reason for Return;
Method of Return:
1- By Carrier;
2- Hand-delivered to the premises of Mestre Jardineiro;
Whether you choose method 1 or 2, you should return it to the following address:

1.1.4 Finally, when returning the goods, you must send us the purchase invoice and the printed returns document.
1.2. If the customer requests the exchange of their product for another whose price is higher than the product purchased, they must pay the remaining amount by bank transfer to the IBAN that will be provided at the time of the request.
1.3. When the customer requests the exchange of their product for another whose price is lower than the product purchased, Mestre Jardineiro will refund the customer the difference in value, within a maximum of 15 days, by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the customer.
1.4. It is suggested that the customer keep the box used to send the order for at least 5 days after receiving the product, in order to guarantee that the product will be correctly packaged and accommodated in the event that it needs to be returned.
2. Warranty
2.1. The legal guarantee is valid for two years from the date of delivery.
2.2. The guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from incorrect or inappropriate use by the customer, such as: neglect of the product (insufficient or excessive care and maintenance).
